FAQ’s

Do you provide a drop-off and go service?

Yes, we can either deliver the food to you for you to serve or set-up the food and leave you to enjoy.  Alternatively, we can stay and oversee everything (especially the washing up) and leave once everything is cleared away.

Do you provide waiting staff?

Yes, we have a great team of friendly, helpful and smiling waiting staff who can help your event run smoothly.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we cater for all dietary needs, either tailoring your entire event to your specific needs or creating separate dishes for guests with certain dietary requirements.

Do you hire crockery and cutlery?

We do have place settings for up to 50 people however, for larger gatherings its no problem to hire in cutlery and crockery depending on your requirements.

Help, our event is in a marquee what do we need?

Whether its a marque in the middle of a field or your back garden or a local village hall- there are some basic requirements.  Firstly, fridge space is always at a premium, usually there is a lot of drinks to be chilled and then food storage.  By far the best way to tackle this is a Chiller Trailer.  These are fabulous inventions, simply a walk-in fridge on wheels.  They come in different sizes, with or without racking and they are perfect for storing food and drinks.  They can be parked near where all the food preparation is happening and are lockable, so they are safe, secure and convenient.  The other big considerations are the ovens and warming ovens, which can be hired, electricity and running water.  

Where do you prepare all the food and do you have a hygiene rating?

We make everything from scratch in our home kitchen apart from some artisan food which we source from local suppliers.  For example, we use Hambleton Bakery for our bread and local Butchers for our meat.  We have a 5 Star Food Hygiene Certificate.
